Located in Tasmanian Highlands, Tarraleah Cottages and Cabins is a restored hydro village from the 1930. Among the various facilities of this property is the seasonal Highlander Bar and Restaurant.
Tarraleah features spacious 3 and 4 bedroom Art Deco Cottages, a luxurious Lodge, standard hotel rooms and self-contained cabin options. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom, while some rooms come with a DVD player, kitchenette and microwave.
The on-site restaurant and bar are open seasonally from November to April, Mondays to Saturdays only. The cafe is open daily during the months of September to April for breakfast and lunch.
You can play squash, golf or enjoy bush walks at the property. Activities such as fly-fishing or kayaking can be arranged by the property.
